Hugo's Switch command help only exists in English

As the title suggests, Switch's help is only available in English.
Please clone it to other languages ​​so that it can be translated.
Newer instructions from here may only be in English, but I did'nt confirm this.

Unfortunately, we've got an issue here :(

Transifex was originally setup by S520, using a free service to sync between it and GitHub, parts of which are no longer available and parts of which are no longer supported properly.

I've tried the Transifex GitHub sync (see the open PRs in the repository), but this for reasons I'm not entirely sure of is breaking things all over the place.

Things need revisiting and thinking about. Unsure if this will be a quick process....
