It would be a lot nicer to write markdown than raw HTML.

Convert a bunch of about and current programs pages to markdown

This should make them less annoying to edit.  Some I couldn't because they
require various divs.  One of several diffs for #4.  I also fixed a few minor
typos and such.

I've started on this; it's a bunch of gruntwork so I didn't do it all today. Some things are harder to convert, but most it's just a matter of converting the tags and renaming the file.
