Backpack Not Showing

Despite reloading the menus and layouts with the dev panel, restarting the game, restarting my computer, AND reinstalling the hud, it refuses to show my backpack. Even in a casual game, it still shows as empty. I'm not sure why this is, but i can't change my weapons nor cosmetics at all like this.

How do I fix this? I'm suffering the same issue and had to reinstall tf2 once lmao
