[Feature] Implement `FormHelperText`

Current Behavior

The Sistent library doesn't currently implement mui's FormHelperText component.

Desired Behavior

FormHelperText should be implemented by sistent. That will enable more complex form logics to be built.

Hi! I'd like to work on this issue. I've been actively contributing to Sistent — my PR #1493 (AssignmentTurnedInIcon) was recently approved, and I have PRs in progress for HomeIcon, EmailIcon, and SendIcon. I'm familiar with the Sistent component patterns and would love to tackle FormHelperText.
My approach:

Wrap MUI's FormHelperText following Sistent's existing component pattern (similar to how other MUI components are wrapped)
Add proper TypeScript types extending MUI's props
Export from the main index
Add tests

If it hasn't been taken up yet or if the previous folks aren't working on it anymore, I would love to implement the FormHelperText component using Sistent's wrapping patterns and TypeScript.
