Refactor maintainer post for Hussaina Begum

- Updated the introduction paragraph to include Hussaina Begum's role as a Staff Engineer at VMware
- Fixed a typo in the Meshery CLI link
- Improved the description of the Meshery Playground and mesheryctl perf CLI demo
- Corrected the project name from "Meshey" to "Meshery"
- Fixed capitalization of "Slack" and "MeshMates"
- Updated the CLI command name from "mesheyctl" to "mesheryctl"
- Fixed a typo in the project status, changing "Meshey" to "Meshery"
- Updated the CLI command name from "Meshey" to "Meshery"
