Current behaviour

Toolbar-Button "Insert Time" missing, this Button used to insert the current date and time into the note.
It seems the new toolbar (#11472) removed the Button "Insert time" (i found a reference to it in packages/app-mobile/components/NoteEditor/MarkdownToolbar/buttons/useActionButtons.ts line 39).

Expected behaviour

The new Toolbar should also have a Button to Insert the time (and date, with the format configured in settings).
