As the Markdown editor is now much better than it once were, it's no longer necessary to always open a note in view mode. In many cases it's possible to only use the Markdown editor and still get a good rendering.

As a result the app should remember the viewing / editing mode, like on desktop. This should also persist after the app is restarted.
