Desktop version info

Joplin 3.2.4 (prod, linux)

Current behaviour

Joplin does not use vim keys when in Viewer layout.

Expected behaviour

When I select "vim" in my keyboard mode, I expect it to be applicable not only on the markdown editor but hopefully on the viewer. I could use PageUp and PageDown to scroll. Unfortunately, my compact laptop's keys for these particular functions are smaller than the rest and I nearly never use them.
