Current behaviour

  1. Open Joplin web.
  2. Set up Dropbox sync, with a very small number of remote resources/notes.
  3. Open a note with a resource.
  4. (Restart?)
  5. Observe that the "download" icon doesn't change.
  6. Close and re-open the note.
  7. Observe that the "download" icon doesn't change.
  8. Change the attachment download behavior from "Auto" to "Always".
  9. Re-open the note.
  10. Observe that the resource has downloaded.

Expected behaviour

Automatic resource download should automatically download attachments.
