yum::epel no longer exists #128

The yum cookbook has been refactored, and yum::epel no longer exists. This causes chef runs to fail when using yum 3.0.0.

If you version lock the yum coookbook in Berksfile to pre-3.0.0 it still works (done in PR #127), but it should use yum_epel instead in the future.
