Hello everyone,
I'm currently using Dify for local deployment (not using Docker) and I'm encountering an issue with the knowledge base file upload. After uploading a file to the knowledge base, the file remains in the "Queuing" status indefinitely.
Here are the details of my setup and the issue:
Environment:
Deployment method: Local (non-Docker).
Version: 0.15.1.
Steps Taken:
I have set up the log directory, and the logs are being generated correctly.
I have configured an embedding model, and it appears to be set up correctly.
The "Text Segmentation and Cleaning" step works fine, and I can preview the segments.
Issue:
After the "Text Segmentation and Cleaning" step, the file gets stuck in the "Queuing" status and never progresses further.
I checked my Celery setup, but no tasks are being received or processed by Celery.
There are no error messages in the logs that I can identify as related to this issue.
Logs and Observations:
The logs show that the initial processing steps are completed successfully.
However, there is no indication that the indexing task is being triggered or sent to Celery.
I would appreciate any help or insights from the developers or community members on where I might be going wrong or what I can check next to resolve this issue.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Best regards
