Hey guys,

Excellent job with the package!

I'm following the tutorial to run the pipeline for the BTK project and noticed that the FastqFiltering is missing documentation

> ?FastqFiltering
No documentation for ‘FastqFiltering’ in specified packages and libraries:
you could try ‘??FastqFiltering’

Also, I'd recommend specifying both in the tutorial and the README that the functions FastqSplit and FastqFiltering have been unified in a single function
