The proxy functionality should be part of a dedicate repository so that it can be required on-top of the servicemanager itself (if needed).

This can then be properly versionized and tested without just suggesting it.

Should be extracted to a dedicated satellite package which decorates the container to add proxy functionality.
Is that something which can be easily implemented @Ocramius?
