Data is not stored in MongoDB

When I create a new user then the new user's data is avaliable at clerk's dashboard but not stored in the mongodb because of this it cause error or _id not found and also unable to move forward it keep asking for onboarding

while on terminal it shows that mongodb is connected and inside mongodb it created the collection but its empty
