Browser not getting Content-Length from Response headers

This was my server side code but in the browser I get

So when I try to download the file, my browser does not know the size of it and therefore not displaying the progress of the download. From the examples/documents I have read, all I needed was the Content-Length property in the response header. I used to have Transfer-Encoding as chunked so that might be another issue but I have tried many ways to download the file but none of them seem to work for the Content-Length property. The file downloads okay.

solved, all I needed was a skipper in the middleware.GzipWithConfig function.
