For canned queries, download this data as a csv (All Rows) does not download all rows

Hi,

I want to report one issue:
For canned queries, the button "Download this data as a CSV Spreadsheet (All Rows)" does not download all rows by default and only first 1000 rows been downloaded.

How to reproduce the issue:

1. go to https://labordata.bunkum.us/lm20-af0957f
2. click New LM20 Filings beneath Queries
3. click Download this data as a [CSV Spreadsheet (All Rows)
4. you will get a file with size 383 kb.

If before step 3, click first Edit SQL button, and then click Download this data as a [CSV Spreadsheet (All Rows), you will get a file with the correct full size 794 kb.

Do you know how to get the REAL All Rows when first clicking the button Download this data as a [CSV Spreadsheet (All Rows)?
