Other potential additions:

  • Hallucination checks
  • Repurposing found materials (scrap metal, etc.)
  • Dedicated bushcraft section
  • Import other guides such as the Boy Scouts of America survival guide
  • Identifying animal tracks (included in BSA survival guide)
  • Sleep techniques
  • Diagnosis section where you select symptoms and it displays potential diseases
  • Identifying different types of mushrooms
  • Meditation and other calming techniques (maybe paired with breathing guide)

I actually have plenty of survival books that cover all of the above in excruciating detail and more. I would be happy to send you copies free of charge :)

Thank you, I will look to include most of these. As for mushrooms, I intentionally left that out (with a note not to eat them) as it is too easy to mess that up while in a survival situation.

I appreciate the offer - I've got a full shelf of survival books already, and can't fit any more :D

That checks out :) (no library pun intended)

The offer will always be there, if you would rather digital copies! The mushroom book I have does a fantastic job in my opinion for making sure you can differentiate between similar looking mushrooms. It may be worth including some very easy mushrooms, such as the really big puffy ones that I forgot the name of.
