Cursor always moves to the end

The cursor when typing always moves to the end, which is really annoying.

For instance, when your the sentence "bla blu" and want to insert "bli" in between, the result is the following: "bla b bluli", as the cursor jumps after typing the first letter in between to the last position.

MacOS 14.5 on Mac Studio M2 Max, Strapi 5.3.
