Final Warning Notice

Users end up on final warning and this can go unnoticed by other moderators or even forgotten entirely. This process would do a quick check on the users infractions before a warn/mute/kick is preformed to make sure they are not on final warning already.

A message is ephemerally or non-ephemerally sent (depending on the channel) to allow the moderator to select one of three options and a summary of the user's infractions:

1. Continue with the warn process. This proceeds as normal and warns/mutes/kicks
2. Temporarily mute them for a variable amount of time (10 minutes) to allow consultation if needed.
3. Cancel the process for the moderator to then manually input the ban command.

The interaction responds normally if the user is not yet on final warning.
