Release drafter: add list of contributors to the release description

When creating a new GitHub Release, the description should contain the list of all the people who contributed to the release.

Release Drafter (which we use to create the release description in an automatic fashion), seems to support that.

Acceptance criteria

The GH Release description should include the information about the people who made contributions for that release.

The following projects should be updated to include this new section inside of their release notes:

• Kubewarden Controller
• Policy Server
• kwctl
• Audit Scanner
• Helm charts
• Go SDK
• Rust SDK
