When we initiate the deployment process through the Vela UX Open API, we usually want me (the caller) to specify the deployment version, so that we can associate the specific workflow running records in kubevela with the processes in our own system. Currently, this feature is supported through Vela cli, but it is not yet supported in the Vela UX Open API
