Hello , I am new to this space - I work extensively in kubevirt project and came across these repo for migration of vms from vmware to physical K8s cluster with kubevirt running on them. I wanted to know is there a straight forward documentation for:

1. Creating migration plan end to end through CLI ( I know installation of operators and CRDs are covered in detail) - where to define and how to define them.
2. How to install forklift console for non-openshift users like me , who uses kubernetes in my case to install cleanly and documentation for the same.
3. Do we have a slack channel for this effort as I know we had one for konveyor which has been migrated from. Thanks.

I don't know of one, you can try Kubevirt channels you use for kubebivrt quistions

You can also try to open issues on github and see if someone can help there.

Note:
Installing the user interface is not easy when using non-openshift installation, you will need to first install the Openshift UI on top of your k8s and only then install the Forklift UI, the operator will work just fine without the Openshift UI, but you will not have UI.

The CI directory include scripts to install the Openshit UI on vanilla K8s and run Forklift UI on top of that:
