Previously I have sent an email with subject "Kubernetes enhancement proposal: Dynamic node resizing" to "dev@kubernetes.io" and "kubernetes-sig-node@googlegroups.com" mailing group.
This is issue is not yet discussed in any of the sig node meetings.

Hi @SergeyKanzhelev Yes, I am planning to attend next SIG Node meeting to discuss about this and also want to deliver it in 1.28

There were positive feedback from community and concerns as well
