  • API docstring - @andreyvelich to write a good docstring for the train function. We will then link to that snippet from the website.
• Improve docs for Training Operator 1.8 training-operator#1998 (address first bullet + suggest better doc structure)

Kubeflow Documentation for v1.9 is not found on Webpage. I can select 1.9 but then i get the page not found:

@tzabbi Please open the issue. I think I know what's missing.

EDIT: For now, use the master documentation while we fix the 1.9 DNS.
