Can I get scheduled timestamp inside a pipeline for recurring runs?

I already saw #3855. but it seems old. I tried [[ScheduledTime]] and {{workflow.scheduledTime}} but not work.
(I tested kubeflow pipeline version 2.5.0)

Is there any way to know scheduled timestamp inside a pipeline?
