关于maxCacheSize #24

这个参数是指所有创建的文件达到maxCacheSize 还是总的下载(fragments)大小达到maxCacheSize
达到maxCacheSize 之后，会清除之前的缓存，继续缓存最新的下载数据吗

是按照文件总大小来计算的，比如一个文件100M，即使只下载了一部分，依然认为已使用的大小为100M计算；
达到max后，会删除最长时间没有访问过的文件的数据，不会删除本文件的数据

达到max后，文件不删除，只清除文件数据，那这个文件的大小也会变成0吧？
