Could I please ask if on QuPath I can first select one tissue area then conduct the auto mask on it?

Hi @TingTingShao, thank you for your question.

In the current implementation, only the visible area in the main window is processed by SAM. To process a precisely defined tissue area, post-processing with scripting is required.
