I just came across "Segment Anything" in Qupath.
Now, this seems to be a great tool. Segmenting mitochondria in EM images works like a dream. Now I have a question about usage:
if what is detected does not fit completely or adjacent parts are also detected: is there a way to remove oversegmented parts? In a video of micro-SAM I have seen this to be possible. Alas, I have not yet managed to install micro-SAM and Napari is kind of new to me, so I expect that it takes a while to learn it.
Thanks and best,
Matthias
