Despite setup cmake with BUILD_TESTS=ON ctset cannot find any units


[tkloczko@pers-jacek x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu]$ ctest -vv
Test project /home/tkloczko/rpmbuild/BUILD/kImageAnnotator-0.6.0/x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu
No tests were found!!!

Have tried running this from the /build/tests directory where build is the directory where kImageAnnotator was built?
See how the CI runs them (there is some magic for headless execution): https://github.com/ksnip/kImageAnnotator/blob/master/.github/workflows/linux.yml
