Hello,
Not sure what is wrong here, but when trying to use any tool... be it the arrow tool, or text tool, or anything else, including the select tool
The click-drag does not work. Because the input is always sent to panning. So for example I can try to start drawing a line and then it stops immediately. And instead moves around the pan function the whole screen.
This fundamentally breaks the user experience and makes even a simple task extremely frustrating and difficult. Looked around for options etc. and cannot find anything. Very frustrating!
Clearly there must be some type of a bug or something along those lines. But it is not clear where to look for it. Please help if you can

ah interesting...
If i zoom out the image enough so that it all fits onto the screen. Then all the tools works correctly.
This problem only occurs when zoomed in enough that it can pan or scroll. However this is still big problem (for me)... as need to make quite a lot of finer annotations, on heavily zoomed in high resolution photos.
