Scoreboard stats / Finished maps

Goal is to save the stats on the server for each map using the existing map scoreboards like on mp_race and save it locally so a server restart doesnt clear the list, also apply the same scoreboard system on more maps along with a track system to achieve a working tracker of how many maps has the player finished.
