Mobotix Camera

Hy,
I've an old Mobotix Cam which provides a stream like http://admin:[email protected]/control/faststream.jpg?stream=full

Is there any way to include that stream or do I need a special Plugin?

I Tried FFmpeg Camera Plugin
with
-i http://admin:[email protected]/control/faststream.jpg?stream=full

but it didn't work.
