IP Phone Integration

Is there an integration for IP phones? My old Phone rings as soon as somebody rings the doorbell (Fritzbox, ha-sip, HA automation). It would be great if I could answer the call and talk with the person on the door (with tapo 2way) and not only use the HomeKit doorbell. I could not find anything that works :)
