KoordASIO not showing in RMAA

In RMAA there is no KoordASIO device available. This problem doesn't happen with FlexASIO, only with KoordASIO.

I will attempt to reproduce and debug this. Could you please confirm your versions of OS, KoordASIO, FlexASIO - thanks.

Windows 11, latest KoordASIO from github releases.
