cppkokkos: add customization for function with `/implementation defined/` return type #274

in several place we need to specify functions that have an impl-defined return type.
see this for example: #247

we should add a customization simiarly to this as follows:

.. cppkokkos:kokkosfunctionimpldefinedreturn:: template<class T> templatedFunc(const T & arg) ;

that automatically renders the return type as /*implementation defined*/
