Summary

One of the best ways to learn is with practice. The idea is to have monthly challenges from real companies. To be more clear, for example, the monthly challenge could be to code the architecture of a streaming service. In that way, the community will come together to code and learn this challenge together. The completed challenge will be attached to the talents profile.

Intended outcome

Help in tech education with these real challenges and consequently help them in their careers to improve the quality of their profiles.

How will it work?

Every month a new challenge will be generated on the platform, and users will be able to sign up and discuss the challenge within Discord. After completion, they will be able to attach the results to their profiles. PLUS: There will be gifts for those who finish these challenges. 🎁
