Career Roadmap

Summary

Most devs know where they want to go and what to achieve in their careers but don't know what to do to get there. After all, there are dozens of possibilities and paths to be followed on a daily basis. We want to help these people make the best decisions and pave the way to success.

Intended outcome

In the short term, we hope to give developers more visibility about their career and growth gaps (hard and soft skills). In a second moment, provide mechanisms for talents to fill these gaps. And finally, begin to achieve the initial goals of the individualized career plan.

How will it work?

The developer should go through the following steps

• Personal information quiz;
• Personal goals quiz;
• Career goals quiz;
• Analysis of prior knowledge (which can be the work exp or tech quiz);

After these steps, the user will have access to their career plan containing:

• Their strengths and mechanisms to leverage them (future);
• Their improvement points and mechanisms to develop them (future).

With this, we want to give more visibility about the progress they're making in their career plan.
