Summary

We want to make sure we make the best match for the talents. To do this, we need to measure the "happiness" score of talent within the company.

Intended outcome

Better measurement of match quality and with that better results for talent in the future.

How will it work?

It will be like a QultureRocks for developers. We will send users a weekly notification to fill out a form with some information about the workweek.
