Client TBLs Submodule

In order to have the client TBLs under version control and be able to see what has been changed, we need to create a very simple CLI tool to export/import all the TBLs to a format we need to agree upon. Let's decide what format we will be using for the TBL Exporter/Importer. Here are the options (use the emoji to set your vote):

The tool will be developed in a separated repository and will be added as a submodule to this repo.

Most definitely JSON ❤️ although I don't have too much experience with it I read a lot about it and seems to be best solution for our project.
