Package rulewerk client jar into extension.

Currently, the extension does not ship the rulewerk-client jar, and the user has to download it locally and edit the extension settings to point to the location of this jar on the user's machine.
It would be great if the extension could also provide the jar, and the user could overwrite it with a (perhaps more recent version) jar in the extension settings.
