It looks like standard output files in Excel from Tecan Spark can be read in by the GeniosPro Reader node.
However the naming of the different output parameters are just calles Feature1, Feature 2, etc...
Example can be found here:
T:\PROJECTS\Alberti\Nagaraja_PARP1\231215_002_testingAssayAutomatically\Spark
It could be that this also is the normal behaviour with data from the Genios plate reader. It would be nice if the node could read in the correct feature names of the numerical data that is above the numeric table in Excel.

In addition the Genois Reader fails with Spark data when a measurement is invalid or out of range.
In this case there is a string in the table which is "Invalid" or "Over". For an example see here:
"T:\PROJECTS\Alberti\Nagaraja_PARP1\231220-21_MDS_screen\Spark_PARP1-Screening\hide\Anisotropy 647__20231220_203-1 - Copy.xlsx"
