Option for 'Dashboard Link' of a Node to open in the same window instead of a new tab

New feature. 'Dashboard Link' option of node, allow for choosing target of link as existing window or a new tab/window.

Describe the solution/feature you'd like
I'd like to see an option on the 'Dashboard Link' of a Node to enable opening in the same window instead of a new tab.

Additional context
This would allow for navigating to another dashboard within the same window thus allowing for "zooming in" on a particular area of a network map that may be too complicated to detail out in the main map.
