HTTP Authorization.

We are using Knative with Contour and would like to add authorization to the http requests to the knative services. Contour already has some support for this: https://projectcontour.io/docs/main/config/client-authorization/. This needs to be supported and exposed through net-contour.

For the long term, #359 is the plan for the support with Ingress v2.
For the short term, would you mind opening the issue against net-contour https://github.com/knative-sandbox/net-contour/issues ? I think it is difficult to support it as a common configuration (=support it in networking repo) before the ingress v2 migration.
