Keyboard shortcuts to navigate between document #markers with <ctrl-]> and <ctrl-[>

This could be very handy to navigate between the #Headings and ##Subheadings of one larger document quickly via the keyboard back and forth. The [ and ] keys are placed well on the keyboard, especially for right-handed people like myself :-)
