Add warning like: your cluster version v1.x is end of life in kubernetes community

What would you like to be added?

The message would be something like:

Your cluster version v1.x is End-of-Life in Kubernetes community, please upgrade your cluster or try `klts`

We may add it to some popular kubectl plugins like k9s or other repos for security scanning.

I was inspired by image outdated scanning like https://github.com/replicatedhq/outdated

Why is this needed?

To make users that needs to use KLTS aware that they should upgrade or use KLTS.
