Retweeted Twitter thread support only adds the first tweet and no link to rest. #49

When retweeting a thread on Twitter it doesn't get (IMO) correctly added to Mastodon.

The first tweet of the thread is added correctly but in Mastodon there is no indication that it is a thread on Twitter. It would be great if there was a link or something similar to the original Twitter thread to continue reading there.
