I was getting errors like:

1 lines had errors while 223 lines were correct (0.45%) in data from 'fetch mysql' on ....

And

Service mysql_replication on ... returned no data for label Slave_retried_transactions

This machine isn't a slave so I removed ReplciationSlave.pm but I thought you might want to know.
