Hello there @underyx, long time no see!

I am very happy this is open source, looks like a great project. Good job to everyone involved! 😸

I think the README could be improved by:

Clearly stating what's a dependency and what's optional (GitLab, Sentry, ...) - and what features you're going to miss by not adding these pieces
Comparison to https://blameless.com/ or any similar software, blameless is just the one I know.
