就是input 是动态添加的，这个时候我要怎么给这个input加上验证呢

ps: 表单就是那种多行模式，我试过重新auth.render() 这样会给之前添加过验证的input多加一次验证

亲不需要，auth有个add方法，可以动态添加

那个add方法不完整..没有加message 层到input 下，后面我改造了一下
