Fixed background attachment issue on Firefox

Noticed an issue with fixed background attachments in Firefox. Please see this link for demonstration: http://elemisdesign.com/ascensor/examples/fixed.html#Implementation I have a div with a fixed background attachment on Floor 2. It appears properly on Chrome but the image is not available in Firefox. When I move this div on the first floor, it works in Firefox too. But not when it is on other floors. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I can't see it in chrome either, why do you need the background to be fixed?

Also noticed today, some weird story with different browsers. Properly on Safari, but no luck with latest Chrome and Opera. Old Opera (v.12) works fine. Partly works on FireFox. All on OSX.
